Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has upgraded Honda Hornet
and launched the Honda Hornet 2.0 in India at price 1.27 lakh (Ex-showroom
price, Delhi). With this, Honda Motorcycle
and Scooter India (HMSI) has attracted his customer with an upgraded model of
Honda Hornet by entering the 180 cc -200 cc segment in India.

There are four different colors choices available for the
customer:

Honda Hornet 2.0 gets looks
muscular beast for street, with its gold, finish inverted fork and compact
exhaust like Apache RTR 160 CC, V-shaped
LED headlamp with LED DRLs, LED taillight. The digital speedometer has reverse
LCD Cluster, Gear position indicator, service due indicator and battery
voltmeter with customize feature for brightness level, with manual adjustment
up to five levels for the users, this combination make this motorcycle a sport
bike and comes in the segment of Pulsar NS
200 and Apache 200 bikes.
Engine
specifications
Powering the Honda Hornet 2.0 is a
184.4cc, fuel-injected, air-cooled single-cylinder engine that develops 17.2hp
at 8,500rpm and 16.1Nm at 6,000rpm. These figures are slightly higher than
160cc motorcycles and just below that of some 200cc ones, but considerably
lower than the 200cc bikes like Pulsar NS
and Apache RTR segment bikes.
