HOW IT SPREADS


COVID-19 Virus transmitted through the droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. These droplets are heavy so it’s too difficult to hang in the air, so they settle down to the surface speedily and contaminated the surface with a virus.
 A person can be infected with the COVID-19 virus by inhaling the virus. If you are nearby to someone who is infected with a virus, or by getting in contact with the surface and product contaminated by the Virus through and medium.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19:


                    Always clean your hands frequently. Use  soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
                    Keep a proper safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
                    Must wear a mask when social distancing not possible.
                    Never touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
                    Nose and mouth should be covered with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.


                    Stay home when you are sick and take medical help.
                    In case of fever, cough,  heavy  breathing, always medical attention.

Social Distancing in COVID-19

 In close contact (within about 6 feet) condition, spreading of COVID-19 chance increase more than normal condition. When someone infected with COVID-19 virus coughs, sneezes, or talks the infected droplet from their mouth reached the mouth and nose of the people nearby. these droplets can also be inhaled to the lungs. People who don't have symptoms also play a vital role in spreading COVID-19. So it becomes important to maintain the social distance (at least 6 feet) form each other when possible. It becomes important to maintain the Social distance from each other whether your infected or not with the COVID-19 for spreading the virus to others.

Wash your hands often 

                    Wash your hands regularly with cleanser and water for at least 20 seconds, particularly after you, have been in an open spot, or wash your hand after sneezing cough.
                    If soap and water are not available, you can use a hand sanitizer at least having 60% of alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
                    Don’t contact your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

                    Each and Every one should wear a cloth face mask in a public places and when nearby to unknown people, especially if you are not in condition to maintain the social distancing between you and them.
                    Small children who are under age of 2 should use cloth face cover, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.


 Conclusion

Always and must keep about 6 feet distance between yourself and others. Don’t try to make the cloth face cover a substitute for social distancing.
